So, I was thinking about putting together something really special for you guys and then it dawned on me; cookie bar recipes! I absolutely adore cookie bars. They make the perfect treat to send to school with a child for his or her birthday, a fabulous addition to any church potluck, and a great item to have sitting on your countertop for after school snacks.
