Pour Some Of This Golden Goodness Onto Your Taco Chips And Sail Away To The land Of Snack-O-Licious Heaven

I love a good spicy nacho dip.  The kind you get at the movies, or at a fair, or even at a summer outdoor event.  The cans you get at the grocery store are so salty and processed, and quite frankly, it just doesn’t taste right

After searching for the perfect spicy nacho cheese, I came across this one, which is now a family favorite! This recipe is perfect for kiddos.  It’s spicy, but not so much that they’re running for the water.

It’s got the perfect amount of zing to really hit your craving.  I love this dip because it’s super simple to make.  It also stores really well, meaning it can go in the fridge and be heated up later to a creamy texture without too much issue.

I have also made up large batches of this nacho cheese sauce and frozen it in Ziploc freezer bags. To thaw, simply place the bag into a bowl of hot water and mush around with your hands as it begins to soften. Easy peasy!
