Who Knew That A Brick of Cream Cheese Could Be So Good! – You’ve Gotta Try This.

My family begs me for this frosting every birthday.  I’ve made it so many times, I’ve got it memorized and could likely recite it even under duress with bombs crashing next to me.  Yet, it goes well with every cake I make.

It is such a versatile recipe, you’ll want to make sure it sits in your recipe binder for your next event. Check out what the folks over at All Recipes had to say about this amazing confection:

“This recipe delivers a basic cream cheese frosting using just butter, cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla.”

2 tsp McCormick Vanilla Extract

Quick Tip:  Sift your powdered sugar prior to adding it to the recipe if you want a lighter, airier consistency.

Thanks again to All Recipes for this great frosting idea!
