What’s more fun and classic than a root beer float? All that vanilla ice cream bobbing around in a frothy glass of root beer is refreshing, sweet and so satisfying on a hot summer day. This pie made me want to make hot dogs and fries, so we did! We had a take-out themed meal that everyone loved.
The pie itself was super easy to prepare and is NO BAKE so excellent for that summer heat. It perfectly captures the flavors in a root beer float and it was fun to see everyone’s reaction like, “Wow, this really does taste like a float!” This is one for the books ladies and gentlemen!
