It Has Never Been This Easy To Cook A Whole Chicken!
I don’t know why, but whenever I go shopping I shy away from buying a whole chicken. I don’t know what it is that makes me nervous, maybe it’s the fact I don’t have a giant rotisserie in my home, or maybe I’m afraid it’ll be under or overcooked. I’m silly like that!
I feel much more confident about my slow cooker, we have an understanding relationship that things nurtured over time (and with minimal effort) are much better. So when I found a whole chicken recipe for my best friend the crock, I was intrigued. Let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint! I’ve made this a couple of times since then, at it seems to get even better each time!
