Grab Two Mugs in the Morning and Make Coffee in One, and Breakfast in the Other

Mug cakes are the bomb, and anyone that hasn’t tried one of these quick sweet fixes is missing out. They are so simple, and require minimum ingredients that you just mix up with a spoon in a big mug and pop in the microwave. I’ve had fun trying the different flavors, but this one is my absolute favorite… so far.

 

Oatmeal Nutella Mug Cake is perfect for breakfast, but really any time of the day when you have a sweet tooth. Just a few tablespoons of ingredients whipped up in a mug will have you indulging in no time, and most everyone has Nutella and oatmeal in the pantry. The best part is that you won’t have the temptation of a whole cake. And the kids will love making their own!

Quick Tip: Use just a tad more baking powder for an extra lift, as sometimes mug cakes end up a bit dense.
