Two Favorite Meals Baked into One, It’s Italian-Mexican Magic for Your Mouth

Can’t decide on spaghetti or tacos? Here’s your answer! It’s both baked into one cheesy, delicious casserole and your taste buds will sing.

Whether it’s in Spanish or Italian we don’t know! Bet you didn’t know you were bilingual! For years I’ve asked my family if they are in the mood for spaghetti or tacos and honestly, the vote is usually split in two.

That’s why when I found this fused casserole I couldn’t wait to try it. My kids aren’t fans of anything that’s super spicy, but this has just the right amount of kick. Plus, it’s very easy to throw together; I just put it all together in the morning and pop it in the oven at dinnertime.

Quick Tip: I put my casserole under the broiler for the last few minute to make the cheese bubble up and brown a little.
