Skip a “Factory” Trip and Make This Light, Creamy Favorite at Home

I will admit, cheesecake has always been my weakness. In fact, I’d have my husband take me to Cheesecake Factory just for dessert. I had no idea this cake was so easy to make at home! With a spring form pan it’s as simple as pour, bake and serve! Everyone will be impressed that you made such an exquisite dessert.

 

There are a lot of topping choices for this cheesecake and my choices change as often as my mood, which is a lot. This week it’ll be blueberries, next I’ll drizzle caramel. Now that I know how to make cheesecake at home I even mix in things like Oreos into the batter. My husband likes to choose the type of cheesecake, and I am not lying when I say it’s so fun to experiment!

Quick Tip: If you really love the graham cracker crust like I do, you can make it a little thicker by upping the quantity for the crumbs, butter and sugar.
