Your Favorite Summertime Vegetable Just Became Your Go-To Snack

As a staple in many a garden, zucchini does its part to grow heartily and easily and usually I have plenty leftover. Even when you don’t have a garden, they are so very affordable at the local farmer’s market or your choice grocery store. Being so accessible and plentiful it’s easy to get tired of it, but not when you learn this simple recipe!

Zucchini chips are such a great secret! There are no bags of Fritos or Ruffles in my house in the summer now, and the kids love these. They seriously don’t have a clue! All you need is 7 simple ingredients and about an hour of your time to make a snack that you don’t have to feel guilty about overeating.

Quick Tip: The thinner the zucchini is sliced the faster it will crisp up, use a mandolin slicer to cut it faster and more evenly.
