May I introduce you to your new favorite weeknight meal.
There is seriously nothing better than the combo of bacon and Ranch. In fact, anything bacon is always a hit in my house and you know it will be in yours too. Throw in cheese and everyone will be ready to undo that top button on their pants to eat seconds and thirds.
This cheesy chicken bacon ranch casserole is held together with tender chicken and penne pasta. This gives it a bunch of different textures that work together perfectly when it hits your tongue.
Everyone loves pasta, so this is also perfect for a work potluck; that’s if your family will let you take it out the door. Mine sure wouldn’t – this has become everyone’s favorite dish!

That sounds so good, it would also be good with Frenches onion pieces on top too , my family loves chicken , bacon and cheese together Tip : I buy a large package of chicken breast ( usually 6 to 8 large boneless chicken breast ) and put in my crock pot for 3 hours on low ( only breast no water ). When done, I put 2 large chicken breast in a frozen freezer bag ( 3 to 4 bags ) and put in freezer , i strain the chicken broth and put in freezer bag and put in freezer . That way when a recipe calls for cooked chicken, all I have to do is take 1 bag out of the freezer and defrost it ( 2 cups or a little more ) it has saved me alot of time because a make alot of chicken casseroles and if you need the broth you have it .
