Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 pack of Taco Bell taco seasoning

1 can Old El Paso refried beans

1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1/2 cup Daisy sour cream

1 pack large Old El Paso flour tortillas

2 1/2 cups of Kraft shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until the beef is no longer pink and drain.

Add the taco seasoning and refried beans and heat through.

Blend the mushroom soup with the sour cream in a separate bowl. Then spread half of the soup mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.

Add a layer of 3 flour tortillas to the top of the soup mixture. Cut or tear the tortillas and overlap them.

Spread on a layer of the ground beef mixture and top with about a cup of cheese.

Repeat all of these layers and top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is nicely melted.
