You Only Need Five Fast Minutes to Put Together This Fantastic Meal For Your Whole Family

I came across this recipe one night when I had been standing in my kitchen, totally frustrated with the prospect of getting things prepped to make dinner the next day.  I know all of you know what I’m talking about.  You’ve got your standby meals, you make them all the time and you don’t even need to look at the recipes for them anymore – which is great.  But sometimes you just want something new.

Searching for inspiration, I took a quick look at the contents of my fridge and pantry.  A package of chicken breasts, some cans of soup, and a few heads of broccoli that I knew I needed to use soon seemed like the most promising possibilities.  I took to the internet and after a little searching for a combination of those ingredients, I landed on this one – creamy chicken and broccoli, cooked in a crock pot for 6 hours and served over perfectly steamed rice.

Quick Tip: If you’re pressed for time, this can also be cooked on high for 3 hours instead of on low for 6 hours.
