Put Your Slow Cooker to Work With a Lasagna Recipe You Won’t Believe Is This Easy

I love eating lasagna, but I most definitely do not love making lasagna… For years, I’ve been outsourcing my family’s requests for this to my Italian mother in law, who loves to whip up a piping hot pan of this bubbly, cheesy goodness. What a blessing to have such an amazing cook in the family!

 

Unfortunately, a recent move has taken us away from Grandma’s homemade favorites and even though she graciously wrote her recipe down, I know better than to attempt it.  Her lasagna is HERS, and I would be too scared to even touch the recipe (also, my family would probably be disappointed!) But I’m thinking lately that THIS lasagna might be MINE, and I’m quite proud of how it turned out!
