You Won’t Need A Campfire For This Dessert!

Something great about this recipe is that it can be made indoors with minimal equipment and ingredients.  It’s simple, straightforward, and you can make batch after batch, because I am certain your family will dig right through it.  It is the perfect combination of melted chocolatey goodness, and toasty marshmallows with crispy crackers.

Another alteration you can make to this, aside from changing the type of chocolate you use is the graham crackers.  My husband loves this dip with chocolate flavored graham crackers.  I like plain ones with this dip, but this just proves that there are so many combinations to be tried that your family is sure to love.

Ingredients

3-4 tablespoons Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips

2-3 tablespoons Jet-puffed mini marshmallows

1 sleeve Keebler graham crackers

Instructions:

Place chocolate chips in small ramekin.  Microwave in 20 second increments, remember to stir between each session, until melted.

Layer marshmallows over the melted chocolate and place the ramekin into the oven with the broiler setting on high.  Watch closely – you don’t want them to burn. Remove from oven when marshmallows are fluffy, toasty, and golden brown.

Let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve with graham crackers.

Quick Tip: Add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream to the chocolate before melting to make a creamier consistency
