No Need To Go To The Chinese Buffet When You Have This Easy Go-To

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry is a Chinese food staple, for buffets and fancy restaurants alike. This recipe brings the flavor without the hassle–and with a surprisingly low time investment. My family loves this so much they won’t even let me get takeout these days!

Call me a bit weird, but Chinese food is comfort food, to me.  Don’t get me wrong–I love me some good old-fashioned Southern soul food.  But sometimes, it’s good to have something soothing that is just different enough to feel exotic, you know?  I can’t tell you how many times I enjoyed some good Chinese takeout on the night before an exam or went to the Chinese buffet with family after church on Sunday.  Of course, do that too often, and it can be a bit expensive.  But it turns out, it’s not too hard to bring some of that flavor to your home cooking.
